Real estate flyers as the name suggests are flyers that used in the area of Real Estate. By Real Estate we mean the business of buying and selling property for homes, offices shops etc. These flyers are used to attract customers and make them buy the house or land they are looking for. Though careful manipulation flyers can be used to convince a customer that the house he is looking for is the one being advertised through the flyer and it would be a smart move to buy it at once.

Disadvantages of Real Estate
  • They will be perceived as junk by the readers
  • They will reach only people those who come out
  • They can also reach people those who are not looking for any real estate purchase or sales. So they can prove to be waste.
  • Flyers are easy to miss and people will not bother to carry it safely home.
  • If colorful graphics and good quality paper should be used, they can burn a hole in the pocket of the businessman.
  • They can be used only as a compliment for other marketing efforts and not as stand alone.
  • They will not appeal illiterates those who cannot comprehend the message.
  • Distribution is quite difficult. Manpower is required for handing out directly to the public or mailing to their addresses.
  • There are various practical difficulties in distribution also. Many will not be interested in receiving flyers. They may make a fuss about it.
